Emulator Joystick XBOX 360 Untuk PC

Mungkin beberapa dari kalian ada yang bingung membaca judul diatas, mengapa joystick untuk bermain game harus memakai emulator segala ? padahal cukup beli saja sudah banyak yang jualan. Sekedar berbagi informasi saja, beberapa game terbaru PC hanya bisa dimainkan dengan joystick "XBOX 360 controller for windows" yang harganya cukup mahal. Tetapi ada alternatif lain jika anda ingin joystick usb dapat menjadi XBOX360 Controller tanpa harus membeli yang asli yakni menggunakan Emulator hasil karya Racer_S yang bisa mengubah atau mengemulasikan menjadi "XBOX 360 Controller for Windows" dengan joystick jadul sekalipun. Saya juga menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk bermain game seperti Resident Evil 5, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X dan X-Men Origins - Wolverine. Saya menggunakan versi x360ce vibmod 3.1.2.0 RC2, dan sangat lancar untuk memainkan game-game diatas. Agar tidak bingung cara instalasinya, berikut langkah-langkah instalasi yang saya lakukan :

1. Ekstrak file x360ce vibmod 3.1.2.0 RC2, bagi yang belum punya download disini.
2. jalankan XInputTest.exe untuk melakukan test/ menyesuaikan tombol antara XBOX controller dengan Joystick anda.
3. jika setting nya salah atau terbalik edit file x360ce.ini (bisa di-backup dulu biar aman). Settingan yang saya gunakan adalah sebagai berikut :

4. Copy semua file hasil ekstrak tersebut ke folder executable game yang akan anda mainkan. Atau cukup Copy file berikut ini saja :

- dinput8.dll
- x360ce.ini
- xinput1_3.dll

anda juga bisa menindih ke direktory windows/system32 namun sebaiknya dibackup dulu file-file yang bersangkutan.

3. Sekarang tinggal mainkan game nya seperti biasa, dan selamat menikmati kemudahan bermain game dengan joystick anda.

NB : saya menggunakan joystick Dualshock Playstation 2 dengan convertor game USB, untuk joystick yang lain saya kira hampir sama dan settingan untuk joystick diatas adalah settingan yang saya gunakan untuk bermain, tidak mutlak anda dapat merubah sesuai keinginan, disini saya hanya membantu jika anda mengalami kebingungan dan kesulitan.
